Terms of service:
To book any service, you must first pay and then email Mari.
By purchasing any artwork created by Mari Weldon you agree that there are NO REFUNDS available. You agree to pay shipping fees when or if they are needed, without which shipping will not occur. In regards to any and all commissioned artwork, you agree that there are no refunds once a deposit is paid. Spirit Guide Portraits are not open to customer input at any time, nor will Mari allow you to ask for changes. Once the portrait is finished, the remaining balance and shipping (if applicable) costs will be paid in full. If the customer chooses to not receive their portrait, they must still pay the full balance as the work has been completed and costs hours of labor, materials, time, and effort to create. By purchasing any original artwork, you agree that Mari owns the rights to her work and reserves the right to create and sell prints.
In regards to scheduling readings and sessions, you agree that in the case you do not show up or miss your pre-scheduled time slot (without proper communication within a reasonable time), you forfeit the money paid to confirm your reading or session. Mari retains the right to reschedule your reading in case of emergencies, and so does the client.
By paying for a reading, any sessions, and any artwork by with Mari Weldon, you understand and agree that Mari is not a licensed medical professional, attorney, licensed therapist, accountant or other licensed professional, and can not give medical or legal advice. Any information or advice given is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Mari's readings are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Mari will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading or appointment, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

FAQ
Do you draw during readings?
-Yes. I sketch all I see during every reading no matter how short or long the duration. The readee keeps the sketch. At the end of readings over video, I send you a photo of the reading sketches. The sketch can be shipped to you for a shipping fee (this includes a tracking number). I do not have control over the shipping process after I send it out.
Will my [certain loved-one who's crossed over] come through?
-I have zero control over who will show up and what they will say.
Can my friend join my reading?
-Yes, however, your friends' loved-ones in spirit may show up and may take over your reading. I do not control who shows up or what they will say. If the added person wants a reading as well, they need to pay and schedule for their own.
Do I have to believe in God to have a reading?
-No, not at all. I read for all walks of life, all faiths, and all beliefs rooted in love and kindness. You do not need to have a specific religion or belief set to have a reading. In my experience, people with open minds and hearts have a more enriched experience.
Is it too soon for a reading, my loved-one recently passed.
-Possibly. In my experience, depending on how the person passed, generally I would wait at least a few weeks. I believe this gives the loved-one time to be more comfortable in their new surroundings.
Another medium told me [example], what do you think about it?
-All mediums work differently and have different beliefs, guidelines, and perspectives. I don't speculate or interpret from other readers' messages. My readings are their own unique and personalized experiences that may or may not line up with others'.
How much do you charge?

Do you have social media?
-Yes. My social medias can be found at the bottom of my website. I most frequently use Facebook and email if you want to reach me the fastest.
Do you read for living animals?
-Yes. I believe all living beings have a spirit.
Is there an age requirement for a reading?
-Yes. If you are under 18, you will need either a parent's permission or supervision. The youngest I have read for was 4 years old. I do not recommend anything younger in my experience.
What if I can't afford the base rate for a reading?
-Email me first. With communication of your situation, and I will work with you. All people deserve to have a reading if they want no matter their economic situation, though I have to charge for my services to support myself and my family.
Do you do groups, events, parties, etc?
-Yes, please refer to my Services page to see my rates. Email me if you have specific questions.
What time of day can I get a reading?
-I generally read in the evening times beginning from 6:30 p.m. (CST) and later, Monday through Sunday. I work full time as an artist during the day.
What if my loved-one who's passed doesn't speak English?
-Readings are not just through words. I receive messages through images, symbols, smells, sensations, feelings, memories, my life experiences. If I hear messages in languages other than English I will try my best to convey them to you. I have used translation apps in the past, though usually the readee will understand and translate for me.

Can you teach me to see spirits?
-I believe everyone has the ability to communicate with spirits. If you are interested in seeing if you can make your abilities stronger, I offer mentoring sessions. Please refer to my Services page for rates and requirments.
